Statutes that make up the rule of the Archconfraternity of the Blessed Sacrament, Mary Most Holy of the Rosary and Blessed blessed of the parish church of Archangel Sr. Sn. Miguel of the city of Seville / Formula of revalidation of the vow.

Contains two handwritten documents on parchment dated 1796. Title in two red and black inks framed with inks of the same colors.

The decoration consists of two full-page images. Gold monstrance raised towards heaven, surrounded by cherubs, framed by a vegetal border. Image of the Immaculate Conception, dressed in white tunic and blue mantle, crowned by twelve stars standing on a crescent moon and surrounded by cherubs. Vegetable border framing the image. Five capital letters inserted in landscapes and architectural scenes. Text according to St. Luke, St. Matthew and St. John. Chapter 1°, form of receiving the brothers.

The Hermandad de Pasión de Sevilla merged in 1868 with the Hermandad Sacramental, de Animas Benditas y del Rosario de la iglesia de San Miguel.

Gold binding on maroon velvet, decoration on both planes – custody and gift of tongues -, angles and closures, made in silver.

The manuscript is illuminated with two full-page color miniatures of the Holy Chalice and the Immaculate Virgin, which give way to the statutes of this Sevillian archconfraternity, together with the form for the revalidation of the vow for the members of the confraternity. Boxed text in Latin and Spanish. Splendid example of Sevillian goldsmith binding from the 18th century.
